Matthew’s interest in Chiropractic began when his mother sought treatment for plantar fasciitis. After treatments from other healthcare providers had failed, Chiropractic care vastly improved the issue, and Matthew’s passion to pursue the profession was born. Dedicating himself to helping others achieve similar results and improve their overall health and wellbeing.
He takes a whole-person approach to care, focusing on identifying the root cause of pain and discomfort rather than just addressing the symptoms. Matthew utilises a wide range of techniques, including Chiropractic manipulations, Sports massage,Mobilisations, Dry Needling, following evidence-based methods to help and support patients achieve their personal optimal wellness, improve their quality of life, free from pain. Every treatment plan is carefully tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Throughout his training at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at the University of South Wales, Matthew gained extensive experience working with patients of all ages, presenting with both acute and chronic conditions. This foundation has enabled him to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal issues with a clear, straightforward approach, always delivered in a kind and compassionate manner. His goal is to provide effective, personalised care that best suits each patient’s individual lifestyle.
Outside of clinical practice, Matthew is passionate about motorsport and enjoys riding his motorcycle. He maintains an active lifestyle through regular training in his home gym and has a keen interest in reading and travelling, which he values for personal growth and broadening his perspective. Matthew also enjoys family life with his partner and step children, along with their two cats and tortoise, embracing a balanced and rewarding lifestyle.
